VIP Card:The card holder is entitled to receive a preferred room rate equals to 92% of then published rack rate. Reward points (RP) will be accumulated based on all the consumptions . RP can be used to exchange for a variety of merchandise published and updated in our website. VIP will expire if no activities for a period of two years.

	VIP Gold:In addition to all the VIP card benefits, the card holder will receive a preferred room rate of 88% of then published rack rate. RP will be accumulated at a faster rate equals to 150% of the total amount spent. VIP Gold will expire if no activities for a period of three years.

	VIP Platinum:In addition to all the VIP Gold benefits, the card holder will receive a preferred room rate of 85% of then published rack rate. RP will be accumulated at 200% of the total amount spent. VIP Platinum will expire if no activities for a period of three years.

You can purchase at front desk for ￥20.00, you will then enjoy immediately all VIP benefits including receiving the preferred room rate. Then you will gain 498 RPs and enjoy all VIP benefits immediately, including the preferred room rate.

1998 RPs can be used to exchange for a VIP Gold Card from VIP Card. (The existing RPs of VIP Card will be subtracted 1998. ) Or you can buy the VIP Gold Card at the front desk with 198.00. Then you will gain 998 RPs and enjoy all VIP Gold benefits immediately, including the preferred room rate .

>> VIP Platinum

4998 RPs can be used to exchange for a VIP Platinum Card from VIP Gold Card. (The existing RPs of VIP Gold Card will be subtracted 4998.) Or you can buy the VIP Platinum Card at the front desk with ￥398.00. Then you will gain a piece of breakfast and enjoy all VIP Platinum benefits immediately, including the preferred room rate .

>> Exceptions

All consumptions count towards RPs . Group rate and long term stay rate do not qualify for RPs RPs can not be combined or grouped together from different VIP card. RPs will be lost if not used for two years. RPs will be deducted when you did not check-in Special reward: Each card (any category) can be used to enjoy the guaranteed room rate of three rooms once at most, but can only make one of them gain the consumption RPs and last the check-out deadline. Guests can’t enjoy the benefits and RPs unless the card holder is in them.
