How do I get a voucher?

• Way to exchange points (10:1)
• Gifts to newly registered members (new website users can get a 100 RMB voucher, including two 50s)
• Entity card member activating card on website will gain points.(RMB150 voucher, including one 20, one 30 and two 50s)

Rules in use of electronic voucher

• New registered members of E-vouchers can log on the website and go to 'voucher management' under 'special area member' to check and print E-vouchers.
• When making reservations online, use vouchers by choosing "voucher can be used" to pay for rooms. Vouchers with higher value can replaced for ones with lower value. Marginal values will not be returned.
• E-vouchers are for members themselves. Vouchers can be used for on time reservations online and only for one night.
• E-voucher should be used only at participating branches, within a specified check-in time range, application condition and so on. The system will automatically judge whether your reservation meets these requirements. Only when reservation website conform the user conditions can the E-vouchers be used.
• When you have used an E-voucher but would like to cancel, you must do so online under "order management." Otherwise, it will remain used.
• If points have been exchanged for an E-voucher, it cannot be cancelled. (points include member and promotion points)
