The Fourth Convenience Hotel Opens in Shanghai    05/07/2009

Recently, GreenTree Inn opened its fourth convenience hotel----Beining Convenience Hotel. This move represented GreenTree’s further expansion in Shanghai and its confidence during this economic crisis. According to its manager, 200 GreenTree hotels are planned to be built in China in 2009. Together with the opened ones, the number will reach 500.

Beining Convenience Hotel is located in the Buyecheng commercial circle, close to Shanghai Coach Station. The traffic there is very convenient. It is 2 kilometers away from the Shanghai Headquarter Bus Station, the Shanghai Railway Station North Square and only 20 minutes away from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport. This hotel is surrounded by amusement places such as Shanghai Circus World, Daningling Stone Park and Katongni Childern’s Park. The address is Liouying Road No.1033, Zhabei District.

This hotel owns 98 guest rooms which all offer free internet and cable TV along with other facilities such as a cafeteria, booking center and business center.

Currently, GreenTree has 5 brands – GreenTree Youth Hotel, GreenTree Shell Hotel, GreenTree Apartment, GreenTree Convenient Hotel and GreenTree Inn. Prices vary from 40-400RMB. GreenTree Convenient Hotel offers the same room and facilities as GreenTree Inn. But the prices of them are different because of the difference in location.
