How to change points to gifts
1.way to exchange
Members can exchange points into rewards according to the GreenTree corresponding points and regulation when points accumulate to the set standard.
Members can easily exchange points into rewards by logging on at www.998.com and filling out the order form on the website.
Members can not exchange points into rewards through other methods such as phone, email, or text.
Card holders can inquire about order information through the GreenTree Member card website or by calling the toll-free line 800-820-1-998 after completing the order form.
2.how to exchange
Please pick the gifts you like and click “put into my cart” after logging on, and then click “hand it over” to complete the exchange order form.
Please think twice when clicking “hand it over”; you can click “adjust cart” to adjust or delete gifts in the cart, but after you click “hand it over”, the system will deduct corresponding points automatically.
3.instructions of delivery
After the service center of GreenTree accepts the exchange order, it takes 7 working days to handle it. When the order is completed, the gifts will be delivered by GreenTree service center or an appointed supplier
Home Delivery: home delivery is available to the following 21 cities if the accumulated points are over 20,000 in the order form.

Ordinary parcel: ordinary parcel for accumulated points under 20,000 points.
4.special regulation for products
If you exchange your points for traveling or dining discounts, they must be used while they are still valid; you may not change or extend the dates of validity.
GreenTree will coordinate to help solve any problems, such as if the order can not be handled in time, whether it is the problem of GreenTree or the suppliers. However, GreenTree will not take any responsibility.
5.quality of the products, post-sale service
GreenTree will take care of quality issues and after-sale problems.
6.fake or real problems
The products for exchange that GreenTree distributes as gifts are from original retail locations. If you question whether the product is real or not, you can go to the relevant department to test it for proof and fax the information to the GreenTree service center. We will contact the supplier and help handle the problem.
7.Exchanging non-broken products
We are sorry to tell you that GreenTree has agreed with suppliers not to exchange any non-broken.
8.Exchanging broken products
Please check the package if you receive it as a home delivery. If it is broken, please do not sign and accept it. If you are receiving it as an ordinary mail parcel, please mail back the original bill of the parcel and the broken proof written up by the Post Office. Be sure to keep the original packaging with instructions and relevant documents inside. We will contact the supplier to exchange the item and send you your reserved products.
Please excuse us if there are any problems with the gift, such as shipping damage or quality, but we are unable to exchange them.
9.Legal relations
All products and services in this activity are provided directly by suppliers, who have no exclusive contracts, advertising agreements, or insurance relations with GreenTree. If the card holder has any disagreements with the supplier about the products’ problems, service and after-sale service, the supplier will be held responsible.
GreenTree reserves the right to explain the member card point accumulation regulations and to add, delete, or revise any parts of the regulations (including but not limited to participation, qualification, points accumulation, and exchange standard).

What can I do with my points?
Points can be exchanged for gifts prepared by GreenTree. The more points you gain, the more valuable gifts you can earn. You can exchange points for different gifts within a valid period.
Who covers the delivery cost?
GreenTree will cover it for you. We will choose delivery methods according to the points.
Can I see all the available gifts before choosing one?
No. Because parts of the gifts are purchased after you make your exchange, we can not show you the entire selection. For more details, you can log on the GreenTree website (www.998.com) to see pictures for reference.
Why must I offer my personal information, such as my address and zip code, if I already submitted them at member registration?
We want to reconfirm the mail address and zip code in case of a mistake to ensure that you will receive your gifts.
Can I choose a specific color or type?
No. We deliver gifts randomly.
Can I cancel my order?
No. If the order has been examined and confirmed, it can not be canceled or amended.
Can I exchange mailed gifts or reclaim them for points?
No, you cannot return gifts for points. We can only exchange mailed gifts if there no breakage during delivery or if there is no quality problem.
Can I exchange gifts if it breaks while I’m taking it back home?
No, we have professionals make sure that the gifts are not broken and can be used normally before sending. If you don’t find problem when receiving, we cannot change it afterwards.
What can I do if my exchanged gift is overdue and has not arrived?
Re-mailing services should be paid by the requesting party. If this is acceptable, please contact the GreenTree service center. It will be re-mailed so please check the arrival date.
What can I do if I have exchanged points for a free room but need to cancel?
Please dial 400-820-5-998 to cancel or change the reservation before 5:00 PM on the reservation date. Otherwise, points equaling the first day’s expense will be deducted.
