A. Expo Period: 1st, May, 2010——31st, October, 2010

B. Reservation Notes:

This agreement is only valid for reservations by Alipay, Chinabank payment, credit cards, and also by phone booking remittance and advance credit card payment.

Notice: Expo rooms are in shortage. Fully prepaid is suggested. Members will be given priority to renew.

C. Reservation methods:

Online reservation: members should reserve Expo rooms on GreenTree Inn official website (www.998.com) and pay all the room fees online. SMS and Email will be sent if reservation is successful.

Telephone reservation: call 4006-998-998, 8008-998-998 or 021-3617 4886 to reserve Expo room, and remit the first night room fees into designated account within 3 days. SMS and Email will be sent if reservation successful.

D. Terms of Payment and Refund:

1. Terms of Payment:

• 1)Online reservation: net bank, Alipay, credit card.P.S. System will automatically cancel reservation if payment in failure or untimely.
• 2)Telephone reservation: remittance, credit card (certain banks are available)

2. Terms of Refund:

For members cancel reservation in advance, Green Tree Inn Hotel implements the policies as follows:

• 1) From the arrival day (including the very day), members can get prepaid room fees if canceling reservation more than 7 days（natural days） in advance;
• 2) From the arrival day (including the very day), members can not get any prepaid room fees if canceling reservation 7 days or less in advance.
• 3) System will automatically cancel reservation if payment in failure or untimely.
• 4) Refund is returned as the same pre-paid method at the check-out, and refund fee is charged by customers.
• 5) Refund is returned within 15 working days.

E. Common Problems:

1. Invoice: Members can get invoice in the foreground at the check-out

2. Cancel and Change Reservation:

• 1) All Expo pre-paid reservations are guaranteed. Online reservation should be cancelled through www.998.com, 4006-998-998 or 8008-998-998; telephone reservation through call center..
• 2) Room fees will be returned as the same prepaid method when members cancel reservation.
• 3) Reservation changes are unavailable on official website. (Members can phone 4006-998-998, 8008-998-998 or 021-3617 4886 to change Expo room reservation.)

F. GreenTree Inn Hotel Management Group reserves the final interpretation for Expo rooms.
