The card holder is entitled to receive a preferred room rate equal to 92% of them published room rate. Reward points (RP) will be accumulated based on all the consumptions. RP can be used to exchange for a variety of merchandise published and updated in our website.

Golden VIP card holders will receive a 12% discount on the original price of any room they stay in and also receive all of the benefits of a VIP card. Members who reserve room through the Central Reservation System or the GreenTree website in advance will gain points as a reward.
If you register through the Central Reservation System or the GreenTree website between 24 hours and 72 hours in advance, you will receive a one-time reward of 50 points.

Check-In Time
If you are a Digital Membership card holder or a VIP card holder, you must check in by 6:00 PM on the first day of your reservation.

Member Check-In
To receive your membership price and gain points, you must tell the receptionist your card number and show valid identification when you check in.

According to International Practice, the earliest time guests can check in is 2:00 PM. If a member wants to check in earlier, they should contact the hotel they are staying at, and the branch will be able to make arrangements based on the situation. However, members will not be able to check in before 6:00 AM, and will be charged for an extra night if they do so.
Member’s check-out and check-out delay
Member should return the room card when checking out. We will finish the check-out process after checking the room.
Card holders can have a 1 hour delay (e.g. from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM or from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM); Gold and Platinum Card holders can have a 2 hour delay (e.g. from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM or from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM). If a member doesn’t check out before the limited time but still before 6:00 PM, they will be charged half of a day extra; but if the member checks out after 6:00 PM, they will be charged one full day extra.

Of course, if you are together. You can use your membership card for discounts on up to three rooms; however, the other rooms will not gain points or enjoy other services that are exclusively for members (e.g. receive reservation priority, check-out delay and so on). Please dial the service center at 4006-998-998 and the reception desk to reserve the rooms and then tell your membership identity and the actual guest’s name and cell phone number. The guest can then show the reception desk a valid document to check in at the same time without the membership card.
Can my membership card reserve several rooms? Can all the rooms gain points and receive membership treatment?
Your membership card can reserve at most three rooms each day. However, our membership cards can be only used by one person, so only one room can gain points and enjoy membership treatment. The other rooms cannot be treated as member (e.g. receive reservation priority, delay check-out and so on). Members will be awarded points based on the cheapest room on the first night. Likewise, if you reserve three rooms but never check-in, without canceling in advance, the system will deduct points according to the cheapest room on the first night.
What can I do if my reservation does not show up when I check my reservations?

Can I send my card to my relatives and friends?

Will the card expire?

How do points accumulate?
The total number of points a member accumulates is equal to the total amount the member spends on their room multiplied by the corresponding points coefficient. Your points will be added to your account within three business days. The coefficient is 1.0 for VIP and Digital Group members; 1.5 for VIP members who make reservations online and Golden VIP members; 2.0 for Golden VIP members who make reservations online and Platinum VIP members; and 2.5 for Platinum VIP members who make reservations online. Points accumulation is based solely on your lodging reservations (unit price for the room member check in multiplies actual stay days); other expenditures will not gain you points.
Do points have an expiration date?
No, but every membership card has a two-year validity period, and members will lose their points if their card expires. E.g. if you get the membership card in January 1, 2009, and gain the opening points, but don’t use your membership until January 1, 2011, then you will lose your initial points and membership.
Can other expenditures at GreenTree Inns gain points?
No. Point accumulation is based solely on the lodging expenditures; other expenditures, including dining, laundry and conference rooms will not gain members points.
I am the member of GreenTree Group, will I gain points if I use my card to reserve rooms for my family and friends?
No. If reservations are made for anyone besides the card holder, no points will be rewarded. Although you can reserve up to three rooms each night using your membership discount, you will only receive points for one room. Can I transfer my points to a friend’s card?
